Problems & Solutions

What you have to do is right-click on the FUT Sniping Bot Chrome extension then select "Manage extensions". Scroll down to "Site Access" and make sure that "Automatically allow access on the following sites" is enabled. If it's already enabled, make sure your antivirus/ firewall on your PC is disabled as this may be preventing the Chrome Extension from connecting to our server. If it STILL doesn't work then try fully uninstalling Chrome then installing it again. Otherwise, try it on a different PC.

If you keep getting "Search Failed" whenever you try to search, go to the transfer market on the same device that you were using the Sniping Bot. If you cannot search there, it means that you are soft banned. Even if you can still search on the Companion App or on FIFA, it still means that you are soft banned. Click here for info about soft bans.

There are 2 possibilities. Either you are soft banned or the filter you are using is too popular and you should use a different filter. 90% of the time, the problem is that you are soft banned. Click here for info about soft bans.

Debugging Steps

Follow these steps if you are experiencing issues

1️⃣ Logout of the extension then log back in and refresh the FUT Web App. This generally fixes most issues.

2️⃣ Clear all cache and site data. This could help as sometimes data could be corrupted. You can do so by following the steps here and selecting "Cookies and other site data" before clicking on the "clear data" button.

3️⃣ Restart your computer and reinstall the Chrome Extension. Remember to log back in to the Chrome Extension. This isn't likely to fix the issue but it's worth a try.

Soft Bans

A soft ban is when the EA servers block your account from performing a particular action as you've made use of that action too many times within a short period of time. It is not an official ban and does not affect whether you get banned or not. Actions which are soft bannanle include: searching the transfer market, buying/bidding on items, listing on the transfer market, quick selling items and some more. It will only affect the app that you're using (for example, if you get soft banned from searching on the FUT Web App you will still be able to search on Companion App and on FIFA). A soft ban could last anywhere between a few seconds and 24 hours - it's completely random.
